This picture makes me laugh everytime!

I don't remember the story behind this picture, but I think it's hilarious! Maybe we were driving past Pleasant Grove (the stinky part of Utah). Whenever I need a good laugh I just bring up this picture and it instantly brings a smile to my face. Thank you Matt for being your wonderful hilarious self!
