- Their excellent return policy. We got Rachel's engagement ring from Costco, and there was a minor issue with it - one of the sidestones became loose. They fixed it for free, and a couple of months later when it happened again they cut me a check for the full price of the ring on the spot.
- Their food. No trip to Costco could be complete without their excellent combination pizza, it's definitely one of our family favorites...not to mention their churros, hot dogs, ice cream bars and smoothies.
- Cheap prices. I've bought several pairs of pants for 10 bucks, how can you beat that?
- Quality products. It's been very rare that we've had problems with items that we've bought from Costco because they rarely stock poor quality merchandise. When we've been less than satisfied we've always received our money back in full.
This past Friday we went to get our car checked out at the auto body shop. On the way back we happened to get a flat tire. It was a slow leak, and so we headed over to Costco (where we bought our tires). Unfortunately they didn't have a replacement in stock (sidewall was punctured), but they ordered up a new one, put our spare on and told us they would have it in stock in the next few days. We won't have to pay more than $20-30 because of the free hazard warranty we got when we bought our tires (pro-rated based on how many miles you've driven with them).

OMGosh what would I do without Costco? I agree it's one of the happiest places on earth. Too bad I can't get out of there under $200 bucks!
